These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mindtapsolutions.com (the "Website"), operated by MindTap Solutions ("MindTap", "we", "us"), based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By using the Website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

12. Indemnity

13. Export controls, sanctions and anti-corruption

You must use the Website and any services in compliance with applicable export control, economic sanctions, anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith for 30 days after written notice. If it is not resolved, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract. Disputes under a separate written agreement are resolved as that agreement provides.
